Here are some of my past works. I have worked with an array of different materials. I wouldn’t say I am the best with all the materials I use but I try to use my tools to the best of my ability. I usually post all my updates on my social media, so make sure to follow my socials.
I work with mostly oil pastels, gouache, watercolor, ink & pen, color pencils, and I also do some digital work. For one of the classes I used my digital artwork to create a logo for a website project, recently completed. Most of the projects you see are from high school. Right now, since I am in college, I am not as active when it comes to drawing but usually, I like to have a couple of projects going.
The revolving theme of art is about finding myself and figuring out what makes me, Sydney. There was a time growing up I felt really lost to who I was and at one point I did not like myself. In these paintings I documented the stages of my feelings and the journey of finding myself. I take pride in all my pieces, and I hope they resonate with you.
